Every so often, a trip to London comes tempting. A favourite of mine for so many reasons, large enough to feel lost but small enough to feel found in familiar shops and markets. A trip to the Borough market is always a staple- a stop in the spice market, a fresh juice or mulled cider, a plate of paella and a Brindisa chorizo roll with paprika oil and piquillo peppers come together as a well trodden path each visit. We never leave empty handed and not-so-surprisingly it has become that unquestioned part of any weekend spent there.
Cannot wait to get back.
